UP Extraordinary Gazette, 17 November 2025, notification 671/three-2025-39(2)-2016, government notification copy including December amendment removing 5 January Guru Gobind Singh executive holiday. General NI Act, restricted leave and bank closing remain separate. Executive holiday 24 November does not apply to offices following a five-day week. Muslim dates depend on local moon sighting. Additional Holi closure 3 March is supported by the official 27 February 2026 press release; 28 February is a compensating working Saturday. Reviewed 2026 calendar: 58 dated entries, including 11 provisional entries. Restricted/optional employee leave, local and conditional closures, bank-only dates and observances are separately labelled. Later amendments and unsupported dates remain pending; missing dates do not establish working days.
